Fork-type pneumatic actuators have the characteristics of large torque, small space, and torque curve fitting the torque curve of the valve, but they are not very beautiful; they are commonly used in large torque valves. The rack and pinion pneumatic actuator has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable action, and safety and explosion-proof. It is widely used in power plants, chemical industry, oil refining and other production processes with high safety requirements.

Main features of pneumatic actuators:
1. The same specification has double effect type and single effect type (spring reset).
2. Standardize the adjustable angle of the rotating shaft in the range of -5~5 ℃.
3. All sliding parts are made of plastic bearing bushings and guides, adhere to small friction, and effectively resist wear.
4. The outer surface of the pneumatic actuator shell is anodized and plated for anti-corrosion protection; the rotating shaft is plated with hard nickel-phosphorus alloy; the screws and nuts are stainless steel.
5. The single-effect tension spring is pre-installed in the tension spring seat, which is very simple to install or supplement the number of tension springs.
6. Standardized module planning for connection and device interface to facilitate the assembly of ball valves, butterfly valves, signal boxes and control accessories.
7, pneumatic actuator can choose the direction of rotation clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation; both ends of the conditioning screw can be adjusted less than the calibration angle adjustment.

Actuators according to its power form is divided into pneumatic, electric and hydraulic three categories, they have their own characteristics, suitable for different occasions. Pneumatic actuators are a category of pneumatic actuators in actuators.
