Equipment Precautions
Equipment environment: this product can be used both indoors and outdoors, but in the case of corrosive media and easy to rust, the corresponding material combination should be used. Special working conditions can be used to consult our company.
Equipment place: It is necessary that the equipment can be safely operated and briefly maintained, inspected and repaired.
Ambient environment: temperature -20 ℃ ~ +70 ℃, humidity below 90% RH. Before the equipment, check whether the valve meets the working conditions according to the nameplate mark on the valve.
Before the equipment, please remove the dirt and oxide scale in the pipeline. Please pay attention to the equipment, so that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the flow arrow marked on the valve body.
Align the front and rear pipe centers, make the flange interfaces parallel, and lock the screws evenly. Be careful not to cause excessive pipe stress on the cylinder control valve. According to the size and weight of the cylinder control valve, give appropriate support and fixation on the pipe or on the body.
Maintenance Considerations
Daily inspection: check for leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, etc.
Prustiness inspection: check valves and other system components for leakage, rust and cardon, and maintain, clean, remove dust and stains.
Differentiation inspection: the valve should be punctual for a differentiation overhaul. During differentiation overhaul, the parts should be washed from the beginning, foreign matter, stains and rust spots should be removed, damaged or severely worn gaskets and fillers should be replaced, and the sealing surface should be modified. After overhaul, the valve should be hydrostatically tested from the beginning, and can be used from the beginning only after it is qualified.
If fluid leakage is found during the inspection, do not touch or approach the cylinder control valve with your hands until you acknowledge the safety.
