Maintenance method: It is necessary to check whether the safety tube is open circuit. If it is in good condition, check whether the power supply of the servo board is in good contact. If it is normal, check the power indicator again. If the indicator is open circuit with a multimeter, it indicates that the indicator is faulty.
When the actuator is powered on during the operation and debugging of the fault 2., the valve can be opened but not operated when it is closed.
Maintenance method: First check the feedback line. If there is no fault, the indicator light is on when the signal is turned on, indicating that it is normal. When the signal is turned off, the indicator light is not on, indicating that there is a problem with the off-SCR part. Check the indicator light, use a multimeter to check the off indicator light, open circuit, and return to normal after replacing the thyristor.
Under normal circumstances, the choice of pneumatic actuator is to consider multiple factors, such as the use of the valve conditions, the use of temperature, operating frequency, management and pressure, transmission medium (lubrication, drying, mud), etc., in the selection of pneumatic actuator In the process, the main points are the following.
1, operating thrust: the main structure of the valve electric device has two kinds: one is not configured thrust plate, direct output torque; the other is configured thrust plate, the output torque through the thrust plate in the stem nut is converted to output thrust.
2, operating torque: select the main parameters of the valve electric device, pneumatic actuator output torque should be 1.2 to 1.5 times the valve operation torque. The moving speed of the pneumatic actuator is quite large. In many cases, when the load increases, the speed of the pneumatic actuator will become very slow, but its output pressure is not related to the operating pressure. This is a good separation for pneumatic actuators.
3, the stem diameter of the multi-turn type of open stem valve: if the electric device allows the passage of the large stem diameter can not be equipped with the valve stem, it can not be assembled into an electric valve. Therefore, the inner diameter of the hollow output shaft of the electric device needs to be larger than the outer diameter of the stem of the open stem valve. For some rotary valves and multi-turn valves in the dark rod valve, although there is no need to consider the passage of the stem diameter, the stem diameter and the size of the keyway should also be fully considered when selecting, so that it can work normally after assembly.
