Pneumatic valveIt is a common fluid control equipment in industrial pipelines. It is mainly composed of pneumatic actuators and valves. After tightening clean air, the valves are driven to control the circulation and shutdown of pipeline media, and the execution speed is very fast. It is generally used for rapid cut-off. Pneumatic valves are generally equipped with various accessories, such as solenoid valves, air treatment tripod, limit switches, positioners, control boxes, etc., to complete local control and remote centralized control. If the two-position valve that only needs to be opened and closed, the solenoid valve is the necessary equipment, and the solenoid valve is excited/degaussed to achieve the on/off control of the pneumatic valve.

If the two-position valve that only needs to be opened and closed, the solenoid valve is the necessary equipment, and the solenoid valve is excited/degaussed to achieve the on/off control of the pneumatic valve.
In the gas circuit (or liquid circuit), the two-position three-way solenoid valve has one air inlet (connected to the air supply), one air outlet (provided to the air supply of the policy equipment) and one exhaust hole (generally equipped with a muffler, which can be installed without fear of noise. The two-position five-way solenoid valve has one air inlet (connected to the inlet air source), one positive action air outlet and one reaction air outlet (one positive and one reaction air source respectively provided to the guideline equipment), one positive action air outlet and one reaction air outlet (device muffler). For small automatic control equipment, the air pipe is generally selected from 8 to 12mm industrial rubber pipe.
Electrically speaking, the two-way solenoid valve is generally a single electric control (I. e., single coil), two-way five-way solenoid valve is generally a double electric control (I. e., double coil). The coil voltage level is generally DC24V, AC220V, etc. The two-way three-way solenoid valve is divided into two types: normally closed type and normally open type. Normally closed type means that the air path is broken when the coil is not energized, and normally open type means that the air path is open when the coil is not energized.
(1) Normally closed two-position three-way solenoid valve action principle: energize the coil, the gas path is connected, once the coil is powered off, the gas path will be disconnected, which is equivalent to "inching".
(2) Normally open two-position three-way single electric control solenoid valve action principle: energize the coil, the gas circuit is disconnected, once the coil is powered off, the gas circuit will be connected, which is also "inching".
The operation principle of the two-position five-way double electric control solenoid valve: if the positive action coil is energized, the positive action gas path will be connected (the positive action air outlet has air). even if the positive action coil is de-energized, the positive action gas path will still be connected and will remain until the reactionary coil is energized.
