Pneumatic ball valve actuator leakage reasons:
1. The solenoid valve on the cylinder leaks, perhaps because the pressure in the pressure reducing valve is too high.
2. The exhaust hole of the cylinder leaks, because the two movable parts inside the cylinder and the sealing ring of the cylinder body are aging.
3. The upper and lower parts of the cylinder leak, because the sealing ring between the actuator and the cylinder does not achieve the sealing effect because of the frequent activities of the actuator.
4. In addition to the above three conditions, there is another condition that may also cause the cylinder to leak air, that is, the tension spring in the cylinder is damaged, because the force is not in place, which may also form a failure to turn off. When solving the problem of cylinder air leakage, it must be considered according to the actual situation, such as whether the valve is open or closed. As for the valve with air opening, we can first close the hand valves at both ends, then let the central control open the valve, first disassemble the connecting piece at the connection, then block the air source, then release the gas at the pressure reducing valve, pay attention to the fact that the actuator will roll at 90 ℃ at this time, and pay attention to moving the actuator back to its original position after replacement.
Solution:
1. Replace the actuator seal.
2. Replace the sealing ring at the cylinder.
3. Adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 3-5kg, or disassemble the lower part of the solenoid valve for several times, and sometimes replace the solenoid valve.
