Working principle:

When compressed air enters the pneumatic actuator from the nozzle, the gas pushes the double piston to move linearly to the two ends (cylinder head end). The rack on the piston drives the gear on the rotating shaft to roll 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the valve is opened. At this moment, the gas at both ends of the pneumatic performance valve is discharged with the B nozzle. Conversely, when compressed air enters the two ends of the pneumatic actuator from the B official nozzle, the gas pushes the double plug to move linearly to the center, and the rack on the piston drives the gear on the rotating shaft to roll 90 degrees clockwise, and the valve is closed. At this moment, the gas in the center of the pneumatic actuator is discharged with the nozzle A. The above is the transmission principle of the standard type. According to user requirements, pneumatic actuators can be equipped with the opposite transmission principle of the standard type, that is, the selected axis rolling clockwise to open the valve, rolling counterclockwise to close the valve. Single-acting (spring reset type) pneumatic actuator nozzle A is the air inlet and nozzle B is the exhaust hole (muffler should be installed on nozzle B). The air intake of the nozzle is an open valve, and the valve is closed by the force of the tension spring when the air is cut off.
