Considering the nonlinear error of viewpoint change converted from linear displacement, 0%, 50%, 100 point response current errors should be ≤ 1%,25%, 75% point response current error should be ≤ 2%; 13, azimuth reaction current positive and negative stroke variation test: the same as the cylinder positive piston reverse stroke variation test method, the actual positive and negative azimuth reaction current-stroke connection, the same reaction current value of the cylinder piston positive and negative stroke value difference upper limit to 1%; 14, make good verification records, according to the contents of the verification record form item by item carefully fill in, inspection personnel need to sign; 15. After passing the above tests, the connection terminals in the azimuth transmitter shall be plugged in, the back cover shall be tightened, and then the air source inlet of the valve positioner shall be plugged with a plug.
